I received an email that the transfer of my domain failed. What should I do next?


The transfer may have failed for a number of reason - the domain may still be locked, the transfer code you have provided may be invalid or you may have not approved the transfer by clicking on the link sent to the Administrative contact email address associated with the domain.


Whenever a transfer fails, we always open a ticket in your account with more details and you can see it

If needed, you can reply in the ticket, but in most cases the initial information we provide is sufficient to let you know how to proceed.
